Free Shipping
Promotion for free shipping is within Australia only, for overseas customers free shipping promotion does not apply. For overseas orders once you place your order we will then send you an invoice for any shipping cost’s that may apply.
With free shipping you do not receive any tracking number if you wish to have a tracking number attached to your order the cost will be $8.95. Please let us know if you require a tracking number and an invoice will be emailed to you for the additional cost.
Refunds and Returns Policy:
At Bake It Easy we do whatever we can to pack all our products by hand and we make sure that all products leave our warehouse in good condition. Every order will be photographed before it leaves the Bake It Easy warehouse to ensure that we have packed the order correctly in case of any disputes. Our quality control is very high and this is the best way to be sure your order and its packaging are of a high standard. For hygiene reasons the following products will not be exchanged or returnable. This includes food products such as cutters, edible images, such as chocolate transfer sheets, molds, cake decorating tools as piping bags and tubes, cake tins, chocolate molds.
Any item that is returned must be in it’s original condition & packaging as it was sent from our warehouse to you. If it’s determined by our customer service team that you require a replacement product, we will only ship and replace after we have received your faulty product. We do not provide a refund if you have simply just changed your mind, but we will refund, replace or give a store credit if any product is found to be faulty or damaged in any way but is at our discretion.
To obtain a refund please contact our customer service team by phone or SMS 0432849856 or go to Contact Us within 7day of your purchase date. All products must be returned to us unopened and unused (Your exchange or refund will not include shipping and handling cost).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order at anytime up-until your order has be shipped. You will be entitled to a full refund or store credit. Once your order has been packed and shipped we will not issue any refunds. (You will receive an email from us to say that your order status has changed to “shipped”).
When will I receive my order?
At Bake It Easy we try very hard to have your product packed and ready for shipment with in 48hours. At the checkout you will have the option to have your order sent regular post or Express post. All shipping cost is determined by volume and weight.
Australia Post Regular
As a guideline from Australia Post, the approximate postal delivery time is between 3-7 business days (longer if outside of the metropolitan area or NT & WA). A signature is required upon delivery. Regular post cost start at $8.95 and is calculated by Australia Post given the volume and weigh of your order. Your order is not trackable.
Australia Post Express Post
Postal delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days (longer if outside of the metropolitan area or NT & WA) & your order will also be trackable
Overseas Shipping:
The cost of shipping set at the check-out may occur excess shipping fees and you will be notified of any additional chargers.
All shipping costs are set by Australia post and are determined by volume and weight of the product being shipped.
Pay Pal
At Bake it Easy we take your online security very seriously that’s why we like to use Pay Pal Australia. To pay using your Pay Pal simply log into your account and follow the steps.
Products Out Of Stock:
At Bake It Easy we try to maintain our inventory. If a product is out of stock you will notice there will not be “ADD TO CART” tab. For information on any products that may be out of stock email our customer service team at Contact us
On some occasions our stock level may be lower than what is in our computer systems, if your order contains a product we don’t have in stock we will contact you and your options are to be given a refund, or a similar product that is in stock.
Gift Vouchers:
Simply choose what amount you would like ($25, $50 or $100). Then add to your cart and follow the steps to the check out. You can have your gift voucher sent electronically or posted with Australia post (no postage fees applies).
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
All gift vouchers have use by dates of 24 months (which are clearly written on each gift voucher), once the date of the voucher expires it cannot be used.
