Petal dust has been made for cake decorating and is edible and is non-toxic. Can be used with gumpaste, fondant, buttercream, moulding paste and more.

Petal dust can be used to colour fondant, gumpaste and icing or simply mix the petal dust with some clear alcohol to paint. The finish of painting or dry dusting petal dust will have a matt finish.
